The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and a great shower. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including cold foods. the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. the location was convenient, with a short walk to nearby attractions and amenities.
The hotel was situated on a slightly steep road, which may be challenging for elderly or less mobile guests. the distance from the main street was a bit far, making it a bit of a struggle for some visitors.

Beautiful and spacious room with great amenities. Lovely setting in a convenient location.
More clear instructions needed for the Bluetooth system and TV. Could have asked for assistance with the TV issue.

We were welcomed very warmly by the lovely staff. The room was spacious and with a comfortable king-size bed. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a broad choice. And pitlochry is a pittoresk little town with many hiking options but also easy to reach Edinburgh, Inverness and Glasgow.
The only minor discomfort was that the little windows could not ventilate the room enough after taking a shower resulting in a bit of a warm and dampy room.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. From the friendly, caring and attentive staff to the spacious room with large bath and shower, to the beautiful location and lovely grounds. The breakfasts were superb with 3 specials as well as an everyday menu with full breakfast, scrambled eggs and other more basic items. All in all, this was a wonderful place.
I think it would help if the keyless entry system was explained in a bit more detail. I didn't realise that, unless the "key" was placed in its holder, there would be no power. Also, the French windows were a real puzzle to open/close. Would have appreciated a demonstration.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with more vegetarian options.

the staff at Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the attention to detail, with daily replenishment of coffee, tea, and bottled water. the breakfast was amazing, with high-quality produce and freshly squeezed orange juice. it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷♀️.

Touring the area of outstanding beauty and wonderful comfort of the rooms. The breakfast choice is the best we have ever exxperienced, even in a 5* hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Full marks
It would have been lovely if they served dinner as staying at the lodge was so good it was a shame to go out to dine at night, especially when the wheater was bad
